CRANBERRY SAUCE

  • 1 bag of cranberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp Grand Marnier

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients (except Grand Marnier) in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for 5 minutes, or until berries have popped. Add Grand Marnier and cool.
