Ingredients
- Stew Meat
- 2 cans of Beef Broth
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 large potatoes, cubed
- 2 medium onions, cubed
- 1 can (15 ounces) carrots
- 1 can (15 ounces) green peas
- 1 can (15 ounces) corn
- 1/2 cup macaroni or noodles
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce + 15 ounces of water
- Ground Red Pepper
- Paprika
- Chilli Powder

Step 1
Spray large pan with cooking spray. Salt & pepper meat; brown meat. Add broth & reduce heat to low. Cook approximately 1 1/2 hours. Drain juice from carrots, peas, and corn; add to meat. Combine the carrots, peas, and corn in a bowl and place in refrigerator. Add the potatoes and onions to meat; cook approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Add pasta and cook about 10 minutes or until tender. Add carrots, peas, tomato sauce, water, red pepper, paprika, and chilli powder; cook for about 15 to 30 minutes. Serve with corn muffins or crackers.
