- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tbsp. green onions
- 3 ounces cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
- 4 thin slices of cucumber
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. Lime juice
- 2 tbsp. Cilantro
