Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

• in the same pan:
• 3 chicken breasts in strips
• roll in flour, 1t. salt, 1/4t. pepper
• brown in butter and remove
• saute 1/2cup onions, mushrooms, and add to chicken
• melt 4T. butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 t. dry mustard
• 1 T. tomato paste

Preparation

Step 1

Stir in 2cups of chicken broth and heat to boiling
add 1cup of sour cream
