Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbs brown sugar
  • 1/8 lb butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 2 large pkgs cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Topping:
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Mix all crust ingredients together and press into bottom of spring form pan. Refrigerate while making filling

3. Whip together all the filling ingredients until smooth. Pour on crust in pan.

4. Bake for 20min, let completely cool

5. Mix topping ingredients in small bowl and pour over cooled cake. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 min.
Chill before serving
