Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice
- Celery
- Onion
- Garlic
- Jalapeno
- giblets/liver
- Chopped chicken breasts, cooked
- Broth from cooked chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Saute celery, onion and garlic in oil. Add rice and brown. Add broth, giblets, chicken and seasoning to taste. Simmer until rice is done.
