Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
- 1 Egg White
- 2 Garlic Cloves, pressed
- 2 Cups Corn Flake Cereal, Coarsely Crushed
- 1/4 Cup Cornmeal
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground Black Pepper
- 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
- Vegetable Spray
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. whisk buttermilk and egg white together in shallow bowl. Add pressed garlic. Combine crushed cornflakes, cornmeal, Parmesan Cheese and seasonings in 9-inch pie plate, mixing well. Dip chicken into buttermilk mixture, then into cornflake mixture, coating evenly. Place pieces on a 15-inch baking stone. Lightly spray chicken with vegetable spray. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
