Ingredients
- 1 lb new potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c small sage leaves
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender.
Drain and halve.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet. Add sage and cook over moderate heat for 2 minutes. Add scallions and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook to warm through.
