- 4 tilapia fillets
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Rinse fillets with cold water and pat dry.
Put fillets in baking dish. Pour/squeeze lemon juice over fillets, drizzle butter on top and sprinkle with garlic, parsley and pepper.
Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes easily with a fork.
