(Wok not needed, just use frying pan on very high flame)

Ingredients
- 1 pound flank steak
- 1/2 pound peapods
- 4 teaspoons oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sherry
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
-Marinade: 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sherry, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
-Slice beef against grain into 1 x 1/2"
-Marinade in 5 ingredients for 15 mins.
-Remove stems from peapods - wash & dry
Stir fry peapods in 1 teaspoon of oil
-Add salt
-Set aside
-Heat 3 teaspoons of oil and add garlic
-Stir fry beef, when almost done, add peapods
-Stir fry for another minute
