- 1 8-oz package cream cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups flaked coconut , toasted
In a lafge mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with vanilla until creamy. Add sugar gradually, beating until blended. Stir in oats, 3/4 cup coconut and walnuts.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in toasted coconut to coat. Chill until firm.
Store in refrigerator.
