Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 salmon fillets (5 oz. each)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°. In a small bowl wisk first seven together.
Place salmon in a greased 11x7 inch baking dish, pour sauce over and sprinkle with pecans.
Bake salmon 20 minutes, or until done.
