BUTTERY BABY PEA SOUP

Ingredients

  • 2 # frozen peas
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 med onions chopped
  • 2 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Heat through until onions are soft enough to puree (7-10 minutes). Remove from heat. Use an immersion blender to puree until desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sour cream and/or crumbled bacon pieces.
