Ingredients
- 1 c bourbon
- 2/3 c pure maple syrup
- 2/3 c ketchup
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 2 T finely minced fresh ginger
- 2 T packed dark brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate, covered, overnight. Brush the glaze over the turkey during the last 15 minutes of roasting. Also, add 1/2 c to the gravy to blend the flavors.
