Ingredients
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Medium Onion, sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced
- 3 Carrots, julienned
- 1 lb. Beef Sirloin, sliced
- 2 Celery sliced diagonally
- 1 C. mushrooms, sliced
- Broccoli, cut small
- 1 t. Ginger
- 1/4 C. Soy Sauce
- 2 t. Sugar
- 2 T. Oil
- Hot Cooked Rice
Preparation
Step 1
1: Heat oil in skillet, brown meat, add soy sauce, sugar, 1/2 t. ginger, and garlic. Cook until done.
2: Remove meat & add veggies. Saute until tender-crisp
3: Return meat to pan with veggies. Mix and warm through. Add rest of ginger.
4: Serve over rice
