Step 1

Slice the leftover fries so pieces are all about the same size. Chop onions and peppers. Preheat skillet, then add butter or margarine and oil. Heat until sizzling, then add onion and peppers. Sauté until softened. Add potatoes and seasoning to the pan and mix everything together. Keep stirring until the potatoes are heated through.
