Shells with turkey sausage

Ingredients
- 12 oz smaller pasta shells
- 1 1/2 lb ground turkey or spicy Italian sausage.
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cans Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 16 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 3 chopped zucchini

Preparation
Step 1
cook pasta. cook ground turkey or sausage with salt and pepper, Italian seasonings. Set aside. In same pan cook onion until translucent. Add tomatoes and paste and cook until thickened. Add turkey or sausage to tomato mixture.
layer shells, ricotta, tomato mixture and zucchini in 9 x 13 pan. repeat layers. Put mozzarella on top. Bake 25 minutes at 350 until cheese is melted.
