TURKEY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • Directions:
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 pound cooked turkey, cubed (about 3 cups)
  • 1 (17 ounce) can Del Monte whole kernel golden sweet corn, drained
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets, thawed
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and sliced
  • 1 (8 ½ ounce) package cornbread mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • ●Combine first 8 ingredients in a 3 quart saucepan.
  • ●Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
  • ●Spread mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish.
  • ●Combine cornbread mix, 2./3 cup milk, and egg, stirring just until moistened.
  • ●Pour top of casserole.
  • ●Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
