Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground smoked ham
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 c quick cooking oatmeal
- 3/4 c evaporated milk
- 1 egg; beaten
- 1/4 c light brown sugar
- 1/4 c vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine mustard, onion, oatmeal, egg, milk, parsley with meat. Put in greased 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" loaf or 7"x 9" pan.
Combine sugar & vinegar in saucepan- heat until sugar melts; pour over ham.
Bake 350F for 1 hour.
