Salmon Log

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pink Salmon (I prefer Bumble Bee Wild Alaskan)
  • 1 8oz block of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 Onion, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. granulated Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 2 Tblsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 1 tblsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped Pecans (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Drain salmon and flake. Add all the ingredients except parsley and pecans and mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, shape mixture into a log and roll in parsley and pecans. Serve with wheat crackers of your choice.
