Ingredients
- 1 can Pink Salmon (I prefer Bumble Bee Wild Alaskan)
- 1 8oz block of Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 Onion, grated
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. granulated Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 2 Tblsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1 tblsp. Dried Parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped Pecans (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Drain salmon and flake. Add all the ingredients except parsley and pecans and mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, shape mixture into a log and roll in parsley and pecans. Serve with wheat crackers of your choice.
