  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 packages yeast
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 6 1/2 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and mashed potatoes. Add water and yeast. Mix well. Mix in butter, eggs and salt. Gradually stir in flour. Knead until smooth and elastic.
Let rise until double. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
