JJ Virgin - 1st Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops JJ Virgin All-In-One Protein Shake mix, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 small avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 10 oz unsweetened coconut or almond milk

Blend and enjoy. (If you're using Paleo-Inspired protein, ramp up the blender speed slowly so it stays creamy.) Your shake can be thickened by adding ice cubes or thinned by adding cold water.
