Ingredients
- 2 scoops JJ Virgin All-In-One Protein Shake mix, any flavor
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 small avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
- 10 oz unsweetened coconut or almond milk

Step 1
Blend and enjoy. (If you're using Paleo-Inspired protein, ramp up the blender speed slowly so it stays creamy.) Your shake can be thickened by adding ice cubes or thinned by adding cold water.
