2 lbs of chicken breast
2 TBSP Spicy Four-Pepper Dip Mix
1/4 cup Sour Cream
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
30 About 30 Ritz Crackers, crushed
2 TBSP Butter, melted
1/2 cup Pomegranate Chipotle Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Spicy Four Pepper Dip Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on both sides of chicken breast. Roll chicken in crushed Ritz Crackers. Drizzle with butter. Bake in 400 degree oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
