Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup white sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
- 1/2 can (4 oz) chopped green chile peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cream the butter and sugar together first then add the eggs one at a time. Mix in the rest of the ingredients leaving the dry for last.
Bake at 300 degress for an hour in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.
