Ginger Teriyaki Marinade

Use it to marinate beef, pork, chicken, seafood or veggies.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c aji-mirin sweet cooking rice seasoning
  • 1/3 c raw honey
  • 1/3 c low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 T grated fresh ginger
  • 2 T toasted sesame oil

Preparation

Step 1

In a med bowl, whisk together ingredients. Store in an airtight container in fridge for up to several days. Use it to marinate beef, pork, chicken, seafood or veggies.
