Ingredients
- 1 package (18.25 ounces) chocolate cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 2 to 3 teaspoons instant coffee granules dissolved in 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup Canola oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon milk
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease and flour 12-cup fluted tube pan; set aside.
To prepare cake, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, coffee mixture, oil and sour cream in large bowl; beat on high speed of electric mixer 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean; cool 10 minutes. Invert cake onto serving plate; cool completely.
To prepare glaze, combine white chocolate chips and milk in small microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50% power) 50 seconds; stir. Microwave on MEDIUM for additional 30-second intervals until chips are completely melted; stir well after each 30-second interval.
Pour warm glaze over cooled cake. Let stand 30 minutes.
