Lemon Basil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 3-4 lemons
  • 1/4 cup good olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chiffonade basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta until al dente, saving 1 cup cooking water. Add parmesan, olive oil, zest of 1-2 lemons, and the juice of 3-4 lemons to the pasta. Add cooking water as needed. Add basil and season to taste.
