Ingredients

  • 6 (1/2" thick) pork chops
  • Seasoning Mix
  • 2 T. Olive Oil
  • 2 C. Mango Salsa (canned or homemade-see recipe)

Preparation

Step 1

Season chops with season mix & brown slightly in skillet with oil. Place browned chops in baking dish. Spoon salsa over and BAKE 350 for 30 minutes.

Serve with stir fry & salsa
