Spicy Mayonnaise

This is a Japanese Spicy Mayonnaise, which is very popular with Sushi. I like to roast cubes of potatoes and then coat them in the mayonnaise. Substitute in Deviled Eggs - Awesome! I also like to use this in potato salad. ***For a healthier version, use Olive Oil Mayonnaise and add and extra Tbsp of Gochujang paste. The paste will thicken up the "thinner" olive oil mayo.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tsp garlic chili sauce OR Gochujang (Go real spicy with 2-3 Tablespoons)
  • 2 tsp sriracha chili sauce (Go real spicy with 1 1/2 Tablespoons)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
  • pinch of salt

Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until well incorporated. Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.
