Mediterranean roasted chickpeas

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed, drained and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon each: cumin, garlic powder and chili powder
  • Kosher salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Toss chickpeas with 1 tablespoon olive oil, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder and kosher salt. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet and cook for 30 to 35 minutes until chickpeas are crispy and golden.
