  • 3 CUPS SLICED OR LITTLE BABY CARROTS
  • 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
  • 1 TABLESPOON FLOUR
  • 1/3 CUP SUGAR
  • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
  • 3/4 CUP ORANGE JUICE
  • 2 TEASPOONS GRATED ORANGE RIND

Preparation

Step 1

COOK CARROTS IN BOILING SALTED WATER UNTIL TENDER.

DRAIN

COMBINE REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN SAUCEPAN AND COOK STIRRING UNTIL THICKENED.

ADD CARROTS AND HEAT THROUGH.
