Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

• 3 egg yolks
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 c key lime juice
• 2 tsp grated lime rind
• Graham Cracker crust
• 2 c graham cracker crumbs
• 1/2 c melted butter
• 1/3 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pie crust
combine all ingredients
Press over bottom and top side of 9 inch pie plate

Bake 400 for 10mins

combine egg yolks and milk in mixing bowl
beat with mixer on high until light and fluffy about 5 mins
gradually beat in lime juice and 2 tsp lime zest

Pour mix into crust
