Creamy Salmon with Lemon and Fresh Dill

  • 2 lb salmon fillet, skin on
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 oz cream cheese- room temperature
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill

Preheat the oven to 425oF. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, chopped dill and squeezed half lemon juice.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the fish.
