Ingredients
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 3 eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream room temperature

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
In a small bowl combine 1 cup white sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon.
Mix together really well and set aside.
Grease pan and then dust with 1/3 of cinnamon and sugar mixture
Sift flour, baking soda and powder and salt. Set aside.
Beat the butter for 1 minute.Add white sugar and mix for 3 minutes till fluffy.Add brown sugar
and mix 3 minutes more.Add eggs one at a time beating each 1 minute into the mixture.Stir in Vanilla. Add flour mixture alternating with sour cream. Beat well.
Add half the batter to the pan. Sprinkle another 1/3 cinnamon and sugar mixture on top. Add rest of batter. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar on top.
Bake for 55 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes and then invert onto a platter.
