Norma's Potato Salad

Ingredients

• 8 peeled boiled potatoes
• 1 cup Miracle Whip
• 7 eggs
• 1 onion
• 1/2 bell pepper
• 1 small jar sweet relish 12oz
• 2 tsp. mustard
• 1/3 tps. Celery seed
• ? Sugar or Splenda to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cover potatoes with salted water and boil 11 – 25 minutes. Dice onion and bell pepper fine. Mix Miracle Whip, and rest of ingredients and refrigerate.
