Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS MILK
  • 2 1/2 CUPS COOKED RICE
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1/3 CUP SUGAR
  • SALT TO TASTE
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
  • RAISINS OPTIONAL

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER BY HAND

PUT IN GLASS PAN AND SPRINKLE TOP WITH CINNAMON AND NUTMEG.

SET PAN IN A SECOND PAN OF 1 1/2 INCHES WATER

BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 1/2 HOUR
