Ingredients
- 4 10ounce packages of chopped frozen spinach
- 4 cups of Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing
- 2 large onions (diced)
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups of melted butter
- 1 tablespoon of Thyme
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- salt & pepper

Cooking time 75mins
Preparation
Step 1
-Cook spinach and drain
-Mix all ingredients & add spinach
-Chill for 1 hour - HARD
-Roll into balls
-Freeze
-Bake @ 350* for 15 minutes
