Grilled Cheese Kabobs
The kids will never know what hit them. Try Halloumi or any mild, salty cheese that stays on the grill w/o melting.

Ingredients
- 1 lb Halloumi cheese, cut into 1" slices
- 1/2 loaf Whole Foods Market Bakehouse Brown & Serve Olive Hearth Bread, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes
- 2 lemons, halved & cut into thin slices
- EVOO
- Fresh chopped parsley or thyme (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Skewer @ least 1 of each ingredient per stick.
2. Brush liberally w/EVOO.
3. Grill 3 min on each side.
4. Garnish w/chopped fresh parsley or thyme, if desired.
