  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package cream cheese - (3 oz)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon finely-chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 6 English muffin halves
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Tomatoes
  • Avocados

Step 1

Mix ingredients, minus muffin halves, together in a bowl. Spread mixture on muffin halves. Broil 2 or 3 minutes until top is golden.

Garnish with sliced hard boiled eggs, tomatoes, or avocados, depending upon whether it is being served for brunch or lunch.
