Fabulous Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients
- I pound fresh whole mushroom caps (I use the stems also, just cut in 1/2)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 T. flour
- 1/2 cream (I use evaporated milk)
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Saute mushrooms in butter, reserve liquid. Dissolve beef cubes in water. Blend flour into butter liquid. Add cream, salt, pepper and beef broth. Combine all. Top with cheese and bread crumbs mixture. Bake in a buttered casserole dish for 30 min. Serves 4
