Ingredients

  • 8 C. Chicken Broth
  • 3 Celery stalks, diced
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2-3 Chicken Breasts, Cooked
  • 1 C. uncooked Long grain Rice
  • (optional: carrots)

Preparation

Step 1

In a large saucepan, combine broth, celery, onion, salt & pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover & simmer 10 minutes. Increase temp & add chicken & rice, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes.
