Preparation

Step 1

•Heat oil in large pan until hot..


•Add garlic and beans, cook and stir for 3 mins.


•Add chicken broth, 1/4 cup wine, basil, pepper, and red pepper flakes.


•Bring to a boil over med-high heat.


•Add pasta, cook for 10 to 12 min or until tender. Add remaining 1/4 cup of wine just prior to pasta being fully cooked.


•After pasta is cooked add tomatoes and chicken and continue to cook until heated.


•Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.


•This soup will be very thick, you can add more chicken broth to suit you own taste.
