Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 pounds chicken cut up
- 2 cans 6oz tomato paste
- 1 can 4oz mushrooms, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed optional
- bay leaf
Preparation
Step 1
PLACE onion in slow cooker. Add chicken.
COMBINE remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
COVER and cook on high for 4 hours and serve over spaghetti.
