  • 1 -pt. blueberries, washed& drained
  • 3/4-cup Splenda
  • 1-TBS. corn starch
  • Dash of salt
  • 1-tsp. lemon juice

Step 1

Heat 1- cup of water to a boil, add berries, return to a boil.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, corn starch & salt, stir into berries and cook ,stirring constantly,
until thick. Add lemon juice.
