Ingredients
- 4 pounds baby back or country style spareribs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 each onion, sliced
- 16 ounces barbecue sauce up to 24 ounce
- depending on how saucy you like it
Preparation
Step 1
BROWN ribs under broiler. Slice into serving pieces, season, and place in slow cooker.
ADD onions and barbecue sauce. Cover and cook for 6 hours on low.
