Ingredients
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken breast or tenderloins, sliced into bite size pieces
- Chicken seasoning (Chef's Blend, Masterpiece Chicken)
- 2 tbs Canola oil
- Gravy-
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbs cornstrach
- Dumplings-
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- Optional: add carrots and corn when you pour in the gravy mix to thicken.
Preparation
Step 1
Using a deep skillet, warm oil and "stir fry" chicken until cooked through, sprinkle seasoning as meat cooks.
While meat cooks, mix up Dumpling batter. Set aside.
Mix water and milk with cornstarch into a shaker, shake well.
Pour mixture into pan with meat. (add veggies) When the gravy thickens, spoon the Dumpling batter evenly around the pan.
Cook uncovered 10 minutes, then cook covered for 10 minutes.
ready to enjoy.
