Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all DRY ingredients in a large mixing bowl, stir to mix ingredients
Add:
1/2 c. butter (melted)
1 egg (lightly beaten)
1 t. vanilla extract
Blend well and roll into 1 inch balls. Place two inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 350 for 8 minutes.
