Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) cream style corn
- 1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Whisk cream cheese and milk until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended.
Pour into 13 X 9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 34 to 36 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 12 servings.
