Ingredients
- 2 16 oz. cans cream style corn
- 2 c. milk
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter mixed w/ 1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Heat corn and milk gradually. Stir into 2 c. crumbs and onions. Pour into dish. Bake one hour 350. Top w/ cracker crumb mixture.
