Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup warm watert
- 21/4 flour
- 11/2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine yeast, sugar, and water; mix well. Let stand 5 mins or until foamy.
In food processor, combine flour, salt, and oil; with machine running, pour yeast through feed tube. Process until dough pulls away from side of work bowl; process 1 minute to knead. Dough will be sticky, if wet, mix in a little more flour 1 Tbs at a time.
Let dough rise 1 hour until double.
